Provider Terms

You must provide accurate business, contact, ABN, service, coverage, licence and insurance details where relevant.

You must keep details current and only accept requests you are properly qualified, licensed and able to handle.

Customer and request information is supplied only so you can respond to that job request. Do not resell it, scrape it, spam it or use it for unrelated marketing.

Respond clearly, disclose fees and call-out charges, respect privacy and keep customer communication professional.

You are responsible for your quotes, contracts, licences, insurance, safety systems, work quality, advice, warranties, staff, subcontractors and legal obligations.

We may pause, archive or remove provider access after complaints, invalid details, poor conduct, misuse or failure to respond to reasonable checks.

Uploaded documents must be genuine and safe to store. Do not upload malware, private third-party documents without authority, or files unrelated to your application.

We may reject unsupported file types or remove files that create security, privacy or trust concerns.
