Refund Policy
Launceston Trades aims to handle billing and lead-credit issues fairly, with the difference between an invalid lead and an unsuccessful lead kept clear.

When a refund or credit may apply
A refund or credit may apply for duplicate charges, technical billing errors, clearly fake requests, unsupported files that made a request unusable, or leads that were materially misrepresented by the system.
Requests should be raised promptly with the lead ID, reason and any relevant evidence.
When a refund usually does not apply
Refunds usually do not apply because a customer does not proceed, does not respond, accepts another quote, negotiates a lower price or changes the scope after contact.
A genuine opportunity can still be commercially unsuccessful.
How reviews are handled
We review available request details, timestamps, customer information, provider notes and system records before deciding whether to credit, refund or reject the claim.
Repeated refund claims may trigger extra account review where they suggest poor service fit, weak coverage settings or misuse.
